This mini-doc explains the process and installation of a community art project, led by Carol Krentzman. Sixty-nine hand crocheted mandalas of different sizes from 60 different local volunteers, are hanging high on the branches of fourteen trees that line either side of the CRT. The colorful mandalas are spaced out along a two-mile section of the trail from Natick Center to Route 30.

Have some fun at home making a paper mosaic! Draw a simple design on a plain piece of cardstock or regular paper. Then cut colorful paper, magazine pages, or printed paper into half inch strips, get a small scissor and a glue stick. Begin by cutting your strips into half inch squares. Put some glue on a small area and stick the little pieces on with some space between to make it look like a mosaic. Have fun!
